Escoba Bay Community

Originally, Escoba Bay was 124 acres of privately owned land purchased by Charles E. Padgett and his wife in 1986. In that same year, Mr. Padgett established a development company called CEPCO Inc. in order to develop the 124 acres into a residential community. In 1993 CEPCO filed for bankruptcy. After the bankruptcy of CEPCO, the community fell to several banks as property was liquidated. 

in August of 1993, due to the bankruptcy of CEPCO and the developer being unable to continue operations of the facilites, concerned members of the community formed an organizational meeting and elected new Officers and Directors.

Currently property owners of Escoba Bay are represented by elected  property owners. The below positions are repesentatives of the community of Escoba Bay.

A President, Vice President, three Board Members, a Business Manager, Maintenance Manager, Architectural Chair, and Stables Manager

Who We Are...

Escoba Bay is a premier water front equestrian residential community of over 270 properties. 

The community is represented by an Association of Officials that are elected by the property owners of Escoba Bay.
