Please note the following changes and regulations in Escoba Bay: 

The annual assessment for property owners in 2012 is $500.

The community tennis courts have been removed. Please modify your advertisements to reflect that change.

Only resident owners can house horses in our limited stable facilities and only if space is available. No owner may house more than two horses. Please advise renters that the stable facilities are not available to them.

Boats, trailers, campers, and large commercial vehicles are not allowed on residential lots. Storage in a boat lot is available as space allows. Resident owners have priority over renters.

Parking on the common areas, streets, and unpaved surfaces on residential lots is not allowed. Violators will be towed at their expense.

Owners and renters are allowed to use the facilities (swimming pool, clubhouse, boat storage, and boat ramp) only if their dues and fees are paid.

Renters who reside in homes or delinquent owners will be referred to the rental agents who manage the properties to resolve the problem.

All residents are expected to maintain the exterior of their properties in a manner that is reasonably neat and orderly. Lawns are to be mowed out to the streets.
