Escoba Bay Community

 The February Board Meeting has been postponed.

The HOA Board has experienced some change over the last month.  Two board members have resigned so there are currently only three board members.  In the past the Board has had a least five representatives so the current Board members could use some help.  Please consider assisting your community and volunteer.  If interested in joining the HOA Board for Escoba Bay please contact the Business Manager at 910-327-0238 and leave a message. 

Changes that have been made since conception of the the new board two years ago...

• Cracks in road surfaces have been sealed.

• New playground in Citation Park.

• Front entrance gazebo and road.

• New dock constructed with bench.

• Street signs have been repainted.

• General road maintenance.

• Parking lot lines at Club house repainted.

• Pool deck repainted.

• Bath House has been repainted on the inside, privacy doors added in both bathrooms, rotten wood on the outside has been replaced and repainted.

• All the rotten wood on the horse barn has been removed, replaced and repainted. Electrical work has been completed to meet insurance standards.

• The old storage barn is being removed at no cost to the community.

• Gutters on the club house and barn have been cleaned after being neglected for several years.
